If you subscribe to a paid VisualAI plan and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. The 7-day refund window applies to: • Your first Pro plan subscription payment • Annual plan purchases (prorated refund after 7 days, see below) The 7-day refund window does NOT apply to: • Subsequent monthly renewal charges • Credits purchased as add-ons • Enterprise or custom plan payments

When a refund is issued, the GST component of the payment will also be refunded in full. We will issue a credit note (as per GST regulations) to your registered email address. If you require a revised GST invoice or credit note for your accounting records, please mention this in your refund request email.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email. If you initiate an unwarranted chargeback (i.e., for a charge that was valid and not refunded by us), we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of the amount through appropriate channels.
